STOCK

Careful receiving, tidy shelving and continuous checking of best-before dates on all products.

Pillar 02

OPERATIONS

Keeping the store orderly, hygienic and easy to navigate, and reliably helping customers when something doesn't work.

Pillar 03

LOGISTICS

Structured organisation of the stockroom and smooth handover of deliveries to the sales floor.

Your tasks

  • Receiving goods and visually checking delivered items
  • Restocking and neatly shelving products on the sales floor
  • Careful checking of best-before dates
  • Keeping the store and stockroom clean and tidy
  • Helping customers on site if a question comes up or something doesn't work

What you bring

  • Reliability and great care in handling food
  • A friendly, helpful manner
  • Good German for everyday communication on site
  • Experience in retail or logistics helps, but is explicitly not required

Preparation & training

iKAUF Academy

Before the store opens, our team goes through structured onboarding. Training covers the specifics of autonomous retail, store operations, operational logistics and a great in-store customer experience.

The training prepares the team for everyday work in the store.
